“Private Practice” leading lady Kate Walsh has reached a settlement in her divorce against Husband Alex Young. Walsh will keep her bank accounts, her home and a piano, but will pay Young a whopping 50% of all residuals she earned during the marriage. Young will also receive an additional $627,000. However, the most interesting part of the divorce settlement states that the couple will divide up assorted personal property  by each picking one item at a time until everything is split up. So, who gets to pick first? The divorce papers state the couple agreed to flip a coin with the winner getting first choice.

“One-half of the community property furniture and artwork to be divided by alternating picks after the flip of a coin to determine who will pick first,” the agreement states.

Golf star Greg Norman became officially divorced on December 5, 2009. Norman flew into Florida with his divorce attorney, but his now ex-Wife Chris Evert did not make an appearance. As part of the divorce settlement, the parties agreed to both follow the provisions in their pre-nuptial agreement. Norman has been divorced before, but in that go-round he coughed up roughly 100 million to his former wife as part of that divorce settlement.

The marriage of Greg Norman and Chris Evert may have been high-profile, but their divorce was anything but.

The sporting super-couple, who separated in October after just 15 months of marriage, officially ended their union in secret in Florida on December 5, according to the Palm Beach Post newspaper.
