Juvenile Court Litigation
Sarah C. Easter’s practice deals exclusively with family law. She was voted by her peers as a “Top Attorney” in Cityview Magazine for Family Law / Divorce / Child Support. In the area of family law, she deals with the following: both agreed and contested divorces from initial filing through the trial process, post-divorce matters such as modification of child support, co-parenting, or enforcement of a final judgment in addition to appeals to the Tennessee Court of Appeals, all child support matters, establishment of paternity, visitation and custody cases in Juvenile Court for unmarried parents, DCS litigation, and order of protection matters.
Sarah C. Easter attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2004 in Political Science. She then received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Tulane Law School in 2007, with a Certificate in Sports Law. While attending the University of Tennessee, Ms. Easter was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi and Golden Key International honor societies. During law school, Ms. Easter participated in the Criminal Law Clinic, the Entertainment Law Legal Aid Program, the Tulane Entertainment and Arts Law Society, the Sports Law Society, and was a writer for the Sports Lawyers Association Newsletter.
